The construction of the second stage of the Gruenestadt
In May 2011 construction began on the second stage of the warehouse class A Gruenestadt. The total area of all three parts of the project on 9 hectares of land near Zelenograd in the future will be more than 45 thousand square meters.
Warehouse Gruenestadt located at 18.5 km from Moscow to Leningrad Highway, it’s one of the most promising and popular direction. The first stage of an area (15 thousand square meters) implemented, commissioned and completed by 100%.
Financing the construction of the second stage scheduled to be commissioned in the second quarter of 2012. It is supporting by the leading credit institutions of the Russian Federation. Developer and main investor of the project is S-Logistics Ltd.; construction company is «ÏÃÑ-7» performs work; an agent for marketing and leasing is international consulting company S.A.Ricci.
